Gary Cuccia is CFO of BG Strategic Advisors LLC

Gary is an experienced business professional with expertise in finance developed over many years of working with banks and other firms in capital markets. His experience allows him to take complex situations, break them down into individual components and present and organized deliverable solutions. Most of his work experience was in Wall Street including Citizens Bank, Gruntal & Company, and Shearson Lehman Brothers. He performed due diligence and integration of 20 acquisitions.

He served as senior vice-president and controller directed financial reporting for Gruntal & Co., a broker/dealer registered with the NYSE with more than $19 billion in customer assets. Mr. Cuccia was deeply involved in developing financial strategies and ensuring execution of finance functions for all businesses. Later Mr. Cuccia spent several years with trading firms and investment banks as a senior executive. Later he served as the Chief Financial Officer with an e-commerce venture-backed startup. Subsequently he was the as CFO and Senior Vice President of the wealth management affiliate of Citizens Bank while handling all finance activities of premier banking, private banking & trust, and broker/dealer divisions.

Gary is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. In addition, Mr. Cuccia is licensed as a Financial and Operations Principal and holds Series 27, 7, and 24 licenses. He received the Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University, New York City.
